本文报告了1981年以来中国新疆地区绵羊种布鲁氏菌病的研究资料。检测18个地区县种羊场的1878只中国美利奴种公羊,绵羊种布鲁氏菌病血检阳性率21.2%,临床检查附睾炎12.5%。不孕母羊的感染率高于周岁公羊及其它绵羊群,约有20%的母羊不孕是由于Br.ovis感染所致。母羊及其羔羊血检双阳性率为3.7%,母羊阳性其羔羊阴性者是12.27%。种公羊病变部位多以单侧附睾炎和睾丸附睾尾粘连间隙消失为主,病变随绵羊的年龄而增多,尤其是4岁以上的种公羊。精液检查pH在6.6以上者多带菌,且炎症细胞和畸型精子较多。在绵羊种布鲁氏菌病高发疫区从94名变态反应阳性者中发现绵羊种布鲁氏菌病血检阳性9人,其中3人有附睾尾部豆状小结节。他们是兽医或常年与传染源密切接触者。R型和S型布鲁氏菌病的调查结果表明二者呈明显负相关。病原菌常规生化鉴定看到大多培养物无需CO_2可生长,不同地区的分离物在凝集原性,硫磺、碱性复红,尿素酶活性上有明显差异,提示存在不同生物型的可能性。病原回归试验看到了和自然发病一样的病理学变化和Br.ovis对绵羊生殖系的高亲和性。血清学诊断方法研究表明新疆地方菌株有着良好的抗原性,在9种试验中GDT,CFT和SAT诊断方法可靠,有良好的特异性和可重复性,易于在基层推广应用。用地方菌株制备的?
This article reports on research data on brucellosis in sheep in Xinjiang, China since 1981. 1878 Chinese Merino rams in sheep farms in 18 counties were detected. The positive rate of brucellosis was 21.2% in sheep and 12.5% in epididymitis. The prevalence of infertile ewes is higher than that of the aged rams and other herds, and about 20% of the ewes are infertile due to Br.ovis infection. The positive rate of blood test of ewes and their lambs was 3.7%, while that of ewes and their lambs was 12.27%. Most of the ram lesions mostly unilateral epididymitis and testis epididymal tail adhesion gap disappear, the disease increases with the age of the sheep, especially rams over the age of 4 years.
