腭裂修复的方法很多,总的可以归纳为腭成形术和咽成形术两大类。腭成形术中宋儒耀氏的单侧单瓣手术方法具有某些独特的优点。近几年来,我们应用宋民单侧单瓣手术方法修复腭裂共60例,男40例,女20例。多数为6-12岁的儿童。左侧完全性腭裂28例,右侧完全性腭裂13例,不完全腭裂19例。伤口愈合良好者共56例,部分裂开或穿孔4例,我们结合具体病例,对该法进行了小的改进。由于观察时间尚短,病例不多,在这里仅作初步总结。宋氏的单侧单瓣手术方法:1.沿患侧牙槽嵴的内侧,作一松弛切口。前起裂隙边缘,向后沿腭大血管神经和腭大孔的外侧,绕过上颌结节,止于舌腭弓外侧;2.沿裂隙的两侧,各作一个裂缘切口。裂隙如果太宽,则健侧的裂缘切口最好在鼻中隔下1/4处,以便将犁骨粘骨膜翻下来,加入硬腭裂隙的修复;3.将
