在聚丙烯腈中加入少量丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物进行共混湿法纺丝,制得了内部具有大量微孔、吸水性能优良的共混纤维.本文从高聚物溶解度参数出发,应用Scott方程,对共混物相容性及相分离状态进行了预测,并运用相差显微镜对聚丙烯腈/丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物共混物的溶液及固体薄膜进行了研究,讨论了相容性与组成的关系.实验所得结果与分析预测完全一致.进一步研究了相容性及相结构与共混纤维微孔结构和亲水性能的关系,得到了一系列重要的结论.
A small amount of acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer was added to polyacrylonitrile for wet spinning, and a blend fiber with a large number of micropores and good water absorption properties was obtained.In this paper, Scott equation , The compatibility and phase separation of the blends were predicted, and the solution and solid films of polyacrylonitrile / acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer blends were studied by phase-contrast microscopy. The effects of compatibility and The relationship between the composition and the experimental results obtained is completely consistent with the analysis and prediction.Further study of the compatibility and phase structure and the relationship between the microporous structure of the blended fiber and the hydrophilic properties obtained a series of important conclusions.
