目的:探讨血清HBV标志物与HBV-DNA的相关性。方法:采用微粒子酶免疫分析(MEIA)法检测血清HBV标志物,实时荧光定量PCR法检测HBV-DNA。结果:I组与组HBV-DNA的阳性率及含量显著高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。组与组的HBV-DNA阳性率高于~组(P<0.01)。、和组中仍有部分患者可检出HBV-DNA。组134例患者中检出2例HBV-DNA阳性。结论:HBsAg、HBeAg与HBV-DNA有明显的相关性。联合应用血清HBV标志物与HBV-DNA,更好地为临床提供准确可靠的试验数据。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum HBV markers and HBV-DNA. Methods: Serum HBV markers were detected by MEIA and HBV-DNA by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results: The positive rate and content of HBV-DNA in group I and group were significantly higher than those in other groups (P <0.01). The positive rates of HBV-DNA in group and group were higher than those in group ~ (P <0.01). , And still some patients in the group can detect HBV-DNA. Two of 134 patients were positive for HBV-DNA. Conclusion: HBsAg and HBeAg have obvious correlation with HBV-DNA. The combination of serum HBV markers and HBV-DNA, to provide better clinical trials with accurate and reliable data.
