私营企业发展过程中的融资问题一直是私营企业发展的一个重要问题.融资管理既是财务管理的常规活动,也是企业的一项战略活动,就是企业根据自身生产经营、对外投资或调整资本结构等的需要.法律环境对我国私营企业的融资环境有着深刻的影响,积极完善的私营企业财务信息公开和多方式融资信贷制度,同时进一步完善与国有企业投融资相同的法律环境,构建和规范有效的私营企业信用担保法律制度体系,完善金融部门风险投融资法律机制,完善与私营企业发展相适应的融资法律体系,具有十分重要的意义.
