教育事业发展滞后严重制约着经济发展,影响着人民物质文明和精神文明的建设。教育事业的发展与周围的社会经济文化环境、教师队伍的建设等等诸多因素息息相关、不可分割。威宁县偏远农村中学的教育就处在重重困境当中,其中英语教育的现状更是令人担忧。如何走出农村中学英语教育的困境,是农村中学英语教师必须面对和解决的一个重要问题。
