目的 :测量舟骨骨折线夹角和X线形态 ,探讨舟骨形态在损伤时与桡骨远端尺倾关节面夹角的相关性 ,为临床提供可靠的影像学依据。方法 :对 10 0例舟骨骨折线与桡骨远端尺倾关节面所成的角度和两端长度及宽度进行测量分型。结果 :骨折夹角最大 70° ,最小 2 0° ,其中Ⅰ型 30～ 5 0°者 82例 ,Ⅱ型 5 0°以上 10例 ,Ⅲ型 30°以下 8例。舟骨X线形态 :细长型 82例 ,粗短型 11例 ,不规则型 7例。结论 :粗短型舟骨损伤后骨折夹角较大在 5 0～ 70°之间 ,多见于舟骨远端。细长型夹角在 30～ 5 0°之间 ,好发腰部。不规则型舟骨夹角在 30°以下 ,常见在近端多合并翻转或其它腕骨多发性损伤
OBJECTIVE: To measure the included angle and X-ray appearance of the scaphoid fracture, and to explore the correlation between the scaphoid shape and the ulnar angle of distal radius ulnar at the time of injury, so as to provide a reliable imaging basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods: The angle and the length and width of the ulnar fracture surface between the scaphoid fracture line and ulnar radius ulnar joint surface were measured and classified. Results: The maximal fracture angle was 70 ° and the minimum was 20 °, of which 82 cases were type Ⅰ 30 ~ 50 °, 10 cases were type Ⅱ 50 ° and 8 cases were less than 30 °. Scaphoid X-ray morphology: slender 82 cases, 11 cases of short type, irregular type in 7 cases. Conclusion: The fracture angle between the short and short type of scaphoid is between 50 and 70 °, which is more common in the distal. Slender angle between 30 ~ 5 0 °, prone to the waist. Irregular scaphoid angle below 30 °, common in the proximal multi-flip or other carpal multiple injuries
