对86例健康人大脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度和血液成分的测定结果表明,MCA血流速度与血球压积和纤维蛋白原浓度呈负相关,血液中其它成分对MCA血流速度无影响。提示:判断经颅多普勒测定血流速度的临床意义时,应考虑到血球压积和纤维蛋白原对它的影响。
The measurement of blood flow velocity and blood components of 86 middle cerebral artery (MCA) in healthy subjects showed that MCA blood flow velocity was negatively correlated with hematocrit and fibrinogen concentration, while other blood components had no effect on MCA blood flow velocity . Tip: Transcranial Doppler to determine the clinical significance of blood flow velocity, hematocrit and fibrinogen should be taken into account its impact.
