大型浮选机的研制工作是五十和六十年代开始的,现在仍在进行。如今已研制成功的最大的机械浮选机,其单槽容积为38—42立方米。事实上,投资增加,能源费用上升和矿石品位下降,成了需要大型浮选机的推动力。这种需要不仅依然存在,而且越来越大。本文报道一种大型浮选机结构改进的研制工作。这种新结构的研制工作,是从搞清需要改进的现有浮选机的设计与工作性能开始的,结果是研制出了一种优于现有浮选机的新的改进机型。新机型的特点,是有一个高效的悬挂定子和一个涡旋形的转子。定子设计成悬挂式,可以去掉槽子最下部不必要的和不希望的阻碍物,且仍能维持平静的泡沫层,结果是能耗较低,矿浆循环较好,固体悬浮较好。涡旋形转子能起高效泵的作用,从空气弥散能力增强,固体悬浮好和能耗低可以看出,它具有比较大的循环矿量。
The development of large flotation machines started in the fifties and sixties and is still going on. Now the largest and most successful mechanical flotation machine has been developed with a single tank volume of 38-42 cubic meters. In fact, increased investment, higher energy costs and declining ore grades have been the driving forces behind the need for large flotation machines. This need not only exists, but also more and more. This article reports the development of a large-scale flotation machine structure improvement. This new structure was developed beginning with the design and performance of existing flotation machines in need of improvement, resulting in the development of a new and improved model that is superior to existing flotation machines. The new model features an efficient suspension stator and a swirling rotor. The stator is designed to be suspended to remove unnecessary and unwanted obstructions at the bottom of the tank and still maintain a calming foam layer. The result is lower energy consumption, better slurry circulation and better solids suspension. The vortex rotor can function as a high-efficiency pump. It shows that it has a relatively large amount of circulating ore due to its enhanced air dispersion ability, good solid suspension and low energy consumption.
