促红细胞生成素用氯胺T法进行~(125)I标记,分别给小鼠ip高、中、低剂量(2μg、1μg、0.3μg/鼠)后,血和大多数器官放射性强度在1～2h内达到峰值4～12h降到一半,72h后仅少量残留。在主要器官中无明显积累,主要从尿中排出。
Erythropoietin was labeled with (125) I by chloramine T method. The radioactivity of blood and most organs were measured at 1, 2, 3, 2h peak reached 4 ~ 12h down to half, only a small amount of residue after 72h. No significant accumulation in the major organs, mainly from the urine.
