分层教学法,是现代英语教学中先进的教学方式,可以针对学生个体间的差异,依据学生的基础,制订更加合理的教学计划,更合理地分配教学资源,全面促进大学生英语综合能力的提高。但同时,在大学英语教学中采用分层教学法也存在明显的弊端,分层教学会相应地增加教育管理的难度、会对学生的心理造成负面影响、会造成学生差距的进一步扩大。鉴于此,通过对大学英语采用分层教学法的利弊性进行探讨,并提出相应的改进对策,以期进一步促进大学英语教学的科学发展。
The layered teaching method is an advanced teaching method in modern English teaching. It can make more reasonable teaching plans according to the differences among students, allocate teaching resources more rationally, and promote the improvement of college students’ English comprehensive ability . However, at the same time, there are also some obvious drawbacks when adopting the hierarchical teaching method in college English teaching. Teaching in different levels will increase the difficulty of education management accordingly, which will have a negative impact on the students’ psychology and will further widen the gap between students. In view of this, through the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of adopting stratified teaching method in college English, and putting forward corresponding improvement measures, with a view to further promote the scientific development of college English teaching.
