现代教育的发展要求教师不仅仅是人类文化的传递者,也应当是学生心理的塑造者,是学生心理健康的维护者。作为一班之“主”的班主任,要用有效的方法把握学生的心理,促进各种类型学生的健康成长。
The development of modern education requires that teachers should not only be the deliverer of human culture, but also be the creator of student psychology and the maintainer of students’ mental health. As a class “main ” class teacher, we must use effective methods to grasp the students’ psychology and promote the healthy growth of all types of students.
