目的:探求一种理想的去除正畸粘结剂和釉质表面处理的方法。方法:选择正畸拔除的健康前磨牙30个,常规粘结托槽。去除托槽后将实验牙随机分为5组,每组6个,分别用5种方法去除粘结剂和牙面处理,然后用扫描电镜进行观察。结果:所有方法均可有效地去除粘结剂,但均对釉质有不同程度的损害,且均有粘结剂残留。结论:以金刚砂尖效果最差,绿色橡皮轮加抛光最为理想。后者是值得推荐的一种去粘结和釉质抛光方法。
Objective: To explore an ideal method of removing orthodontic adhesive and enamel surface treatment. Methods: 30 orthodontic healthy premolar teeth were selected and brackets were fixed. After removing the brackets, the experimental teeth were randomly divided into 5 groups of 6, each with 5 methods to remove the adhesive and tooth surface treatment, and then observed with a scanning electron microscope. Results: All the methods can effectively remove the adhesive, but all have different degrees of damage to the enamel, and all have adhesive residues. Conclusion: The diamond tip is the worst, green rubber wheel plus polishing the most ideal. The latter is a recommended de-bonding and enamel polishing method.
