赵平博士现任清华大学经济管理学院市场营销学教授、博士生导师、企业管理系主任和清华大学中国企业研究中心主任。目前,他受国家质量技术监督局的委托,领导一个研究小组构建中国用户满意度指数。但为什么要构建用户满意度指数,什么是用户满意度指数,以及它对企业和消费者会产生哪些重要影响,许多企业还不甚了解。带着这些问题,我们采访了赵平博士。
Dr. Zhao is currently a professor of marketing, doctoral tutor, director of business management department and director of Tsinghua University's China Enterprise Research Center, Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. At present, he is entrusted by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to lead a research team to construct China's user satisfaction index. But why build a user satisfaction index, what is the user satisfaction index, and what impact it has on businesses and consumers, many businesses do not yet understand. With these questions, we interviewed Dr. Zhao Ping.
