卫生监测是食品卫生监督、环境卫生监督、劳动卫生监督,是预防疾病发生和流行的“眼睛”.现阶段我国卫生监测一方面经费严重不足,难以购置贵重先进的仪器设备;另一方面又存在着设备闲置或先进仪器设备处于低级使用程度,利用率低等问题,造成卫生监测资源的浪费.本文就实行区域卫生监测管理体制,优化卫生监测资源配置进行初步的探索.
