患儿男 ,9岁。因上腹疼痛、不适 2天入院。查体 :右上腹饱满、轻压疼 ,触及一大小约 9ｃｍ× 8ｃｍ× 8ｃｍ不规则包块 ,质较软 ,余无异常。上腹部ＣＴ检查 :于右上腹小网膜囊区见一大小约 8ｃｍ×7ｃｍ× 8ｃｍ囊性包块 ,边缘尚光滑 ,ＣＴ值约 2 0Ｈｕ ,周围器官受推压移位。?
The boy is 9 years old. Suffered from abdominal pain and discomfort for 2 days. Examination: The right upper abdomen was plump and lightly pressed to touch an irregular mass about 9cm x 8cm x 8cm. The mass was soft and there was no abnormality. CT scan of the upper abdomen: In the small omental sac area of the right upper quadrant, a cystic mass of about 8cm x 7cm x 8cm was seen, the margin was still smooth, CT value was about 2OHu, and the surrounding organs were pushed and displaced. ?
