“汽车装配”是汽车制造过程的最后工序,是关系到汽车整车性能、品牌价值和企业良好形象的关键。2005年10月19～21日,由中国机械工业联合会、劳动和社会保障部中国就业培训技术指导中心、中国机冶建材工会全国委员会组织的“全国首届汽车装配工职业技能大赛”在北京拉开了决赛帷幕。参加本次大赛决赛的代表队有一汽、上汽、北汽、长安、吉利、南汽六大厂商派出的121名优秀技师参加角逐,共24款车型。以下撷取几个瞬间,让我们再次感受本次大赛所营造的重视技能、尊重技能人才的氛围以及汽车制造技术工人的风采。
“Automobile assembly” is the final process of the automobile manufacturing process and is the key to the performance, brand value and good corporate image of the automobile. From October 19 to October 21, 2005, “The 1st National Auto Assembler Professional Skills Competition” organized by China Machinery Industry Federation, China Employment Training and Technology Guidance Center of Labor and Social Security Department and National Committee of China Machine Metallurgical Building Materials Trade Union held in Beijing Opened the final curtain. The teams participating in the final of the competition were 121 excellent technicians from FAW, SAIC, BAIC, Changan, Geely and NAC. A total of 24 models were selected for the competition. The following capture a few moments, let us once again feel the competition created by the emphasis on skills, respect for the atmosphere of skilled personnel and automotive manufacturing technology workers style.
