目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定市售八批丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,Inertsill ODS-SP(4.6×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(75:25),检测波长:270 nm,流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在(1.43~68.35)μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=6)。丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量普遍偏低,只有山东饮片中的两个批次含量较高。结论:考察分析丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量,可为临床使用提供依据。
Objective: To determine the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in eight batches of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the market by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: HPLC, Inertsill ODS-SP (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol-water (75:25), detection wavelength: 270 nm, flow rate: 1.0 ml / min. Results: Tanshinone Ⅱ A had a good linear relationship in the range of (1.43 ~ 68.35) μg / ml, r = 0.9999 (n = 6). The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Danshen Pieces was generally low, only two batches in Shandong Pieces were higher in content. Conclusion: To investigate the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Danshen Decoction can provide the basis for clinical use.
