采用三维刚粘塑性有限元法对一复杂筋板结构件整体成形过程进行三维热力耦合数值模拟,得到了成形过程中金属的流动规律以及应力、应变场的分布情况,从而揭示了筋板结构件的成形规律。结果表明,筋板结构件的塑性变形主要集中在加强筋成形部位,该部位是大应力应变的集中区域,也是折叠、充填不满等成形缺陷集中出现的区域。该研究对其他种类筋板结构件的成形具有一定的指导意义。
Three-dimensional rigid visco-plastic finite element method was used to simulate the whole forming process of a complex rib structure by three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupling. The flow law of metal and the distribution of stress and strain field during the forming process were obtained. The formation of law. The results show that the plastic deformation of the rib slab structure mainly concentrates on the forming part of the stiffener, which is the concentrated area of large stress and strain, and also the area where the forming defects such as folding and filling are concentrated. This research has certain guiding significance to the forming of other kinds of rib structure parts.
