双钢轮振动压路机行走液压系统是典型的闭式变量泵-定量马达系统,此类液压系统的分析计算中负载通常是静态的,而实际作业时,振动压路机启动或停车过程中的负载是变化的。利用AMEsim软件建立压路机行走液压系统的仿真模型,同时利用Adams软件建立压路机动力学模型以获得对液压系统进行仿真时的负载,通过AMEsim与Adams的联合仿真,较好地模拟双钢轮振动压路机行走系统的工作特性,仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好。
