放射科规培轮转中临床医学专业住院医师教学和管理存在的问题与优化

住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后向合格临床医师过渡的重要阶段。放射科是临床医学专业住院医师规范化培训的公共平台之一,规范高效的培训模式对培养合格住院医师会起到重要作用。本研究分析了临床医学专业住院医师在放射科规培中存在轮转时间短、住院医师及带教教师积极性不够,以及未按照临床亚专业设置个性化培训等问题。结合汕头大学医学院第一附属医院实际,以神经外科专业住院医师在放射科轮转1个月为例,从入科宣教、丰富教学活动形式、出科考核、评价、考勤管理以及对带教教师管理等方面,进行优化管理;以期整体促进规培质量。“,”Standardized residency training, as an important part of medical education, is an essential stage for medical graduates to become qualified clinicians. The radiology department has become one of the public platform departments for standardized residency training program. Strict and standardized residency training program plays an important role in training a qualified clinical resident. There are relatively few reports on teaching and research in this field in China, and there is also a lack of unified and effective training model for training clinical residents in radiology department in different hospitals. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of standardized residency training for clinical residents in radiology department, such as short training time, insufficient enthusiasm of residents and teachers, and no individualized training arrangement according to different clinical subn -specialties. In view of these shortcomings, combined with the actual situation of The First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, taking the rotation training of neurosurgery resident in radiology department for one month as an example, the management has been optimized from the aspects of admission, publicity and education, rich forms of teaching activities, attendance assessment, and management of teachers to generally improve the quality of standardized residency training.n
