目的:建立HPLC同时测定小儿金宁口服液中绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、蒙花苷6个成分的方法。方法:Lichrospher C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈(A)-0.4%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱(10∶90~18∶82~27∶73),流速(0.8~1.1~0.8)mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长300 nm。结果:6种成分均能达到基线分离,各成分都有较宽的线性范围和良好的线性关系,加样回收率在95%~105%。结论:本法快速、准确、可靠、重复性好,可为小儿金宁口服液的质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 6 components of chlorogenic acid, cryptocerbic acid, caffeic acid, naringin, hesperidin and melphalin in Jinling oral liquid of children. METHODS: The gradient elution was performed on a Lichrospher C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient elution of acetonitrile (A) - 0.4% phosphoric acid in water (10:90 ~ 18:82 ~ 27:73) (0.8 ~ 1.1 ~ 0.8) mL.min-1, column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 300 nm. Results: The six components all achieved the baseline separation. Each component had a wide linear range and a good linear relationship. The recovery rate was 95% -105%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can provide a reference for the quality control of Jinling oral liquid in children.
