最大呼气流速一容量曲线(MEFV)是在最大呼气和吸气肺活量过程中,肺活量变化及其相应的气流速度改变所记录的图形。由于流速—容量曲线的测定具有方便易行、可多次重复、年老体弱者均能适用、一次检验可获得多种数据、便于互相引证、灵敏度好等优点,作为肺功能筛选性检查和小气道疾病早期诊断较为敏感的方法,已为人们所重视,并有关于正常值和临床应用的报道,但用于劳动卫生与职业病领域的报道,国內向不多见。为了探讨矽肺患者小气道损害的情况,我们对224名矽肺患者作了MEFV的测定分析,现报道如下:
