采用常规方法加工薄壁零件,工件的夹紧变形和切削变形是个棘手问题。如选用铸锡切削加工法,即将工件铸于锡材中,然后对实体铸件进行切削,最后化去锡,这样变形就很小了。我厂用铸锡切削法加工如图所示的由九层波纹相交的冷轧薄板构成的圆柱体零件,比线切割加工时间短,成本低。其工艺全过程为:压铸波纹板→焊接(波峰与波谷处)→退火→浇铸锡→车削铸件→熔化锡→去毛刺。至于浇铸模中注入多少液体锡,则要看零件
