目的:探讨MR动态增强扫描DCE结合扩散加权成像DWI对乳腺良恶性病变诊断的应用价值。资料与方法:19例乳腺患者行扩散加权和动态增强扫描检查,分析其MRI表现,探讨扩散加权、动态增强扫描的应用价值。结果:在扩散加权DWI扫描序列中,乳腺良恶性病变表观扩散系数(ADC值)差异明显结论:乳腺MR检查DWI序列和动态增强DCE结合有助于乳腺良恶性病变的检出准确率。
Objective: To investigate the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging (DCE) and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Materials and Methods: Twenty-nine breast cancer patients underwent diffusion weighted and dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning. MRI findings were analyzed to explore the value of diffusion-weighted and dynamic contrast-enhanced computed tomography. Results: Diffusion-weighted (ADC) values of benign and malignant breast lesions were significantly different in diffusion-weighted DWI scan. CONCLUSIONS: The combination of DWI and dynamic contrast-enhanced DCE in breast MR is helpful to detect benign and malignant breast lesions.
