目的本文探讨网膜素在GDM肥胖与体重正常孕妇血清中的浓度,及肥胖对GDM结局及新生儿出生情况的影响。方法采用前瞻性的研究,随机选取在我院分娩的53名GDM合并孕前肥胖孕妇与36名GDM合并体重正常孕妇,检测其血清中网膜素一1浓度,并对两组GDM孕妇的一般情况、合并症、分娩结局及新生儿出生情况进行比较分析。结果我们发现在GDM肥胖组中网膜素-1浓度低于GDM体重正常组,统计学有意义,GDM肥胖组孕妇的空腹血糖、妊娠期高血压疾病发病均明显高于GDM正常体重组。结论GDM合并孕前肥胖可能会加重对母体及胎儿的影响较GDM体重正常组,并肥胖组血清中网膜素-1是低表达,可作为GDM孕期的监测指标。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the effects of olanometrin on the serum levels of GDM obese and normal pregnant women and on the outcomes of GDM and neonatal birth. Methods A prospective study was conducted to select randomly 53 pregnant women with GDM combined with pre-pregnancy and 36 pregnant women with normal weight who were delivered in our hospital. The serum levels of ovalbumin-1 were measured and the general situation of pregnant women with GDM , Comorbidity, delivery outcome and neonatal birth were compared. Results We found that in the GDM obesity group, the concentration of OPG-1 was lower than that of the normal GDM group, and the statistic significance was significant. The incidence of fasting blood glucose and gestational hypertension in pregnant women in GDM obesity group were significantly higher than those in normal GDM group. Conclusion GDM combined pre-pregnancy obesity may aggravate the impact on maternal and fetus than GDM weight normal group, and obesity group serum ovalbumin-1 is low expression, can be used as GDM during pregnancy monitoring indicators.
