中药郁金(Carcuma aromatica salisb)为姜科多年生宿根草本植物。药用其根块,具有活血化淤之功效。关于郁金对人或动物机体免疫功能影响的实验研究和临床观察报道尚少,我们对由温郁金提取的郁金1号注射液在小鼠体内进行了免疫功能影响的实验观察,现报告如下: 一、材料 1、实验动物:本院动物室饲养的ACI纯系小鼠。 2、郁金1号注射液:(以下称1号注射液)由黑龙江中医学院植化教研室供给。內含0.5％郁金挥发油。
Carcuma aromatica salisb is a perennial herb of ginger family. Medicinal roots, with the effect of blood stasis. There are few experimental studies and clinical observations about the effects of turmeric on the immune function of human or animal organisms. We have conducted experimental observations on the effects of Yujin No. 1 injection extracted by Wen Yujin on immune function in mice. The report is as follows: I. Materials 1. Experimental animals: ACI pure mice raised in animal rooms of this hospital. 2. Yujin No. 1 injection: (hereinafter referred to as No. 1 injection) is supplied by the Department of Psychology of Heilongjiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Contains 0.5% turmeric oil.
