目的了解濮阳市医疗机构放射工作人员染色体畸变率的分布及差异。方法采用微量全血培养法分析全市655名医疗放射工作人员的染色体畸变率,按不同工龄、不同性别,不同工种分组。结果男性、女性放射工作人员不同暴露工龄组淋巴细胞染色体畸变率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同暴露工龄组男性、女性放射工作人员淋巴细胞染色体畸变率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),X线诊断、介入治疗放射工作人员淋巴细胞染色体畸变率与对照组人员淋巴细胞染色体畸变率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强个人防护,加大放射卫生监督力度,降低电离辐射对放射工作人员的影响。
Objective To understand the distribution and differences of chromosomal aberrations in radiation workers in medical institutions in Puyang. Methods Totally 655 medical radiation workers in the city were analyzed for chromosomal aberration rate by micro whole blood culture method and divided into groups according to different working ages, different genders and different types of work. Results There was no significant difference in the chromosome aberration rates of lymphocytes between male and female radiographers in different exposure ages (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the chromosome aberration rates of lymphocytes between male and female radiation workers exposed to different exposure ages (P> 0.05). The difference of chromosome aberration rate between lymphocytes in radiation workers and X-ray diagnosis and interventional radiotherapy workers There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Strengthen personal protection, increase supervision of radiation health and reduce the impact of ionizing radiation on radiation workers.
