结论 基于自我效能理论的护理模式可有效提高脊髓损伤患者的自我效能感及自护能力,提高患者的心理弹性,有利于提高患者的生活质量.“,”Objective To explore the influence of nursing mode based on self-efficacy theory on mental state, self-care ability and quality of life of spinal cord injury patients. Methods 64 patients with spinal cord injury who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected. The patients in the control group were divided into two groups: the experimental group (n=32) and the control group (n=32). The control group received routine nursing. The patients in the experimental group implemented the nursing mode based on self-efficacy theory, and compared the psychological state, self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups. Results The three dimensions and total scores of exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA) were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05); The general self-efficacy scale (GSES) score of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the visual analogue scale (VAS) score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The scores of optimism, strength and toughness in Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of 8 dimensions in the simple table of the MOS 36- item short from health survey (SF-36) of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing mode based on self-efficacy theory can effectively improve the self-efficacy and self-care ability of patients with spinal cord injury, improve the psychological elasticity of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
