江苏是能源消费大省,也是能源储量小省,但生物质资源丰富。为探明江苏省生物质能源发展潜力,利用已有统计资料和数据,对2007~2014年江苏省的农作物秸秆、牲畜粪便、林木生物质、城市生活垃圾和废水这4种生物质能源进行定量估算,并通过灰色系统模型进行潜力预测。测算结果表明:江苏省生物质资源以牲畜粪便和农作物秸秆为主,城市生活垃圾和废水、林木生物质为辅;2014年生物质能源的折标煤量为4586.41×10~4t,牲畜粪便和农作物秸秆分别占比67.02%和30.76%;2007~2014年,江苏省生物质能源的折标煤量总体呈波动上升趋势,未来10年生物质能源的折标煤量逐年递增,预计2024年可达5404.61×10~4t。针对测算结果和能源转化现状提出发展建议:江苏省应明确生物质资源重点开发对象,建立健全生物质原料管理体系,加强财税政策激励,建立投融资支持机制。
Jiangsu is a major energy consumption province, but also a small energy reserves, but rich in biomass resources. In order to find out the potential of biomass energy in Jiangsu Province, the four kinds of biomass energy sources such as crop stalks, livestock manure, forest biomass, municipal solid waste and wastewater in Jiangsu Province from 2007 to 2014 were quantified by using the existing statistical data and data Estimate and forecast the potential through the gray system model. The results show that: biomass resources in Jiangsu Province are dominated by livestock excrement and crop stalks, supplemented by municipal solid waste, waste water and forest biomass; the amount of standard coal for biomass energy in 2014 was 4586.41 × 10 ~ 4t, livestock manure and crops Straw accounted for 67.02% and 30.76%, respectively. From 2007 to 2014, the amount of standard coal in biomass energy in Jiangsu Province showed an upward trend of fluctuation in general, and the amount of standard coal for biomass energy increased year by year in the next 10 years, reaching 5404.61 in 2024 × 10 ~ 4t. Propose development suggestions according to the measurement results and the status quo of energy conversion: Jiangsu Province should specify the key development targets of biomass resources, establish and improve the management system of biomass raw materials, strengthen fiscal and taxation policy incentives, and establish investment and financing support mechanisms.
