In the early Northern Song Dynasty, the ban on the export of coins for overseas trade was strictly forbidden. Measures such as the ban on the trade with Korea, Silla and Deng, and the Lao People's Democratic Republic, all had adverse effects on overseas trade. Since the implementation of the ban was difficult, the text gradually became the same. Therefore, after the Xaining Reform Act, we immediately face the issue and radically changed the previous policy. On the one hand, we should relax restrictions on overseas trade, repeal these unwarranted prohibitions and minimize restrictions on foreign trade by Chinese.
