由于汉丽轩绝大多数门店是加盟店,每家店面独立运营、独立采购、独立核算,因此,总部也无法实现即时监管,难免出现监管上的漏洞。日前,北京一家媒体报道,昌平一家汉丽轩烤肉店内存在许多食品安全的问题。记者通过应聘该店服务员和学徒工暗访,发现这家烤肉店存在种种乱象,如将客人吃剩的肉,端回后厨整理后再次摆上取餐台;在过道和垃圾桶之间来回踢的死鱼,最终变成了鱼片;已有异味的鱿鱼,被拌入洋葱和调料,“新装”上台,员工无健康证,碗盘无消毒环节等。
