溴隐亭系一强有力的多巴胺拮抗剂,可使肢端肥大症病人循环放免活性的生长激素(TGH)减少,临床和代谢状况得以改善。作者自1974年以来,用此药治疗150多例肢端肥大症患者。观察结果发现,虽然多数病人(75%)治疗后TGH明显下降,但其均值降到10mu/l或更少的只占20%左右,很少能降至测不出的程度。在观察病例中,甚至有完全不下降的。近来资料表明:肢端肥大症活动期循环的硫化因子—C的水平升高,当病人临床和生化状况得到改善后,不论其TGH
