高职学前教育专业教师双语教学能力低下,成为制约双语教学成功的瓶颈,学前教育专业教师双语教学能力亟待增强。高职学前教育专业教师应具备夯实的专业知识素质,良好的专业能力素质和良好的职业道德素质。学前教育专业教师的双语教学能力的提高可通过师资引进,师资培训,完善考核与监督机制,建立健全奖励机制,实施双语教师职业资格证书准入制度等方法与途径完成。
The low ability of bilingual teachers of pre-primary education teachers in higher vocational colleges has become the bottleneck that restricts the success of bilingual teaching. The ability of bilingual teachers of pre-primary education teachers urgently needs to be strengthened. Professional preschool education teachers should have a solid professional knowledge, good professional ability and good professional ethics. The improvement of bilingual teaching ability of pre-school teachers can be accomplished through the introduction of teachers, training of teachers, perfecting examination and supervision mechanism, establishing and perfecting reward system, and implementing bilingual teacher qualification certification system.
