采用IPG YLR-6000光纤激光器对宝钢生产的汽车用700MPa高强钢板进行了焊接试验,并对焊接样品的焊接区和母材进行显微组织分析,结果表明焊接区域经过激光快热快冷后形成均匀细小的等轴晶,平均晶粒尺寸较母材细小。对焊接后样品进行力学性能测试,试样的断裂位置为母材,表明焊接对母材的力学性能的影响不大,可以使用光纤激光实现车用高强钢的高质量焊接。
The IPG YLR-6000 fiber laser was used to weld the 700MPa high strength steel plate produced by Baosteel. The weld zone and the base metal of the welding sample were analyzed by microstructure. The results showed that the welding area was homogenized by laser rapid heating and rapid cooling Small equiaxed grains, the average grain size than the parent metal small. The mechanical properties of the welded samples were tested, the fracture location of the sample was the base metal, indicating that the welding had little effect on the mechanical properties of the base metal. The high quality welding of automotive high strength steel could be achieved by fiber laser.
