采用疏水性聚丙烯中空纤维作膜器、冠醚DB18C6作萃取剂、离子液体[Bmim][PF6]作稀释剂,构建了新型的离子液体-中空纤维封闭液膜体系,通过正交试验并以直接萃取方法为参照探索其用于回收Cs+性能.实验结果显示,该液膜体系可以实现从料液回收Cs+,且其中“经管程”操作模式的Cs回收效率优于“经壳程”模式.初步的条件实验显示该膜体系具有可调性,且适用于痕量Cs的分离回收.本实验成果为进一步加密实验条件、优化液膜体系性能奠定了基础,也为发展高效的Cs(Ⅰ)分离回收方法提供一定参考.
A new type of ionic liquid-hollow fiber closed liquid membrane system was constructed by using hydrophobic polypropylene hollow fiber membrane as the former, crown ether DB18C6 as extractant and ionic liquid [Bmim] [PF6] as diluent. Direct extraction method was used as a reference to explore its performance for recovery of Cs + .The experimental results show that the liquid membrane system can recover Cs + from the feed liquid, and the recovery efficiency of Cs in the “controlled mode” operation mode is better than that of “ ”.The preliminary experimental conditions show that the membrane system is adjustable and suitable for the separation and recovery of trace Cs.The results of this experiment for the further encryption experimental conditions, to optimize the performance of the liquid membrane system laid the foundation for the development of efficient Cs (Ⅰ) separation and recovery methods provide some reference.
