乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,随着治疗方法的改进,乳腺癌患者的预后已得到明显改善。但乳腺癌治疗后的局部复发和远处转移仍是临床医师最困扰的问题,其原因主要是缺乏比较特异的肿瘤标志分子,对乳腺癌浸润转移的具体机制没有深入认识。诱骗受体3(Decory receptor 3,DcR3)是新近发现的一种肿瘤坏死因子基因超家族成员[1],具有抗凋亡和细胞调节的生物学特性,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,可为肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后判断提供一种新的思路。 Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. With the improvement of treatment methods, the prognosis of breast cancer patients has been significantly improved. However, local recurrence and distant metastasis after breast cancer treatment is still the most troubling problem for clinicians. The main reason is the lack of more specific tumor marker molecules, and there is no thorough understanding of the specific mechanism of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Decory receptor 3 (DcR3) is a newly discovered member of the tumor necrosis factor gene superfamily [1], which has the biological characteristics of anti-apoptosis and cell regulation and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.
