以正硅酸乙酯、磷酸二氢铵、尿素、季戊四醇、氯化镧制备氯化镧增效复合阻燃剂。采用极限氧指数、垂直燃烧和拉伸性能测试技术,研究了氯化镧添加量和复合阻燃剂用量对复合阻燃剂阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。同时采用扫描电镜和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对复合阻燃剂进行形貌和结构分析。结果表明,当氯化镧添加量为3%,复合阻燃剂用量为30%时,氯化镧对复合阻燃剂不仅具有较好的阻燃性能,而且具有较好的力学性能,增效作用显著。
Preparation of lanthanum chloride synergistic composite flame retardant with tetraethylorthosilicate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, urea, pentaerythritol, lanthanum chloride. The effects of lanthanum chloride content and the amount of composite flame retardant on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the composite flame retardants were studied using the limiting oxygen index, vertical burning and tensile properties testing technology. The morphology and structure of the composite flame retardant were also analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that lanthanum chloride not only has better flame retardancy, but also has better mechanical properties and synergistic effect when the content of lanthanum chloride is 3% and the amount of composite flame retardant is 30% Significant effect.
