不少人利用双休日进行集中式健身以弥补锻炼不足。但是健身专家指出,懒得运动会伤身害体;而偶尔运动更会害体伤身,无异于“暴饮暴食”。现代医学研究发现,喜欢参加体育运动的人的死亡率为偶尔参加体力活动的人的一半。对于那些不能长期坚持运动的人们来说,偶尔运动一下,将会加重生命器官的磨损、组织功能的丧失而致寿命缩短。30岁后,人的各项生理机能以每年0.75%至1%的速率下降,而偶尔运动的人和坐着工作的人,生理机能退化的速率是经常锻炼者的两倍。运动和不运动者,同是35岁,其衰老程度可相差8年;到45岁彼此可相差20年,以后每过10年,差距递增两年。

However, fitness experts pointed out that too lazy to exercise will hurt the body; and occasionally exercise more harmful body injury, is tantamount to “binge eating ”. Modern medical research found that those who like to participate in sports are half as likely as those who occasionally participate in physical activity. For those who can not long-term exercise of people, occasionally exercise, will increase the wear and tear of vital organs, loss of organizational functions and lead to shortened life expectancy. After 30 years of age, people’s physiological functions decline at a rate of 0.75% to 1% per annum. People who exercise occasionally and those who work at work have twice as many physiological signs of deterioration as regular exercisers. Exercise and non-exercise, the same age of 35, the degree of aging can be a difference of 8 years; to the age of 45 can differ from each other 20 years later every 10 years, the gap increased by two years.
