目的:确定壳聚糖和胶原可以作为眼用缓释材料。方法:以壳聚糖和胶原为增稠剂和增效剂,以盐酸左氧氟沙星为抗菌素,制备盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液,进行质量控制、稳定性和药效学研究;朗悦和海伦分别为盐酸左氧氟沙星的普通滴眼液和透明质酸钠缓释滴眼液;比较三者的粘度和药效学效果。结果:盐酸左氧氟沙星自制滴眼液的粘度为31 mPa.s,大于海伦和朗悦;在治疗细菌性结膜炎方面和缓释滴眼液海伦相当,优于朗悦。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星壳聚糖和胶原滴眼液达到了缓释效果,壳聚糖和胶原具有眼用缓释材料的功能。
Objective: To determine that chitosan and collagen can be used as ophthalmic sustained release materials. Methods: Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Eye Drops were prepared with chitosan and collagen as thickener and synergist and levofloxacin hydrochloride as antibiotic to study the quality control, stability and pharmacodynamics. Langue and Helen were respectively levofloxacin hydrochloride Of ordinary eye drops and sodium hyaluronate sustained-release eye drops; compare the three viscosity and pharmacodynamic effects. Results: The levofloxacin hydrochloride self-made eye drops had a viscosity of 31 mPa · s, which was greater than Helen and Lang Yue. It was comparable to sustained-release eye drops Helen in the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis, better than that of Long Yue. Conclusion: Levofloxacin Hydrochloride and Collagen Eye Drops achieve sustained release effect, chitosan and collagen with ophthalmic sustained-release material function.
