近日,胡主席强调指出,要围绕强化官兵精神支柱,大力培育当代革命军人核心价值观,并明确提出,当代革命军人核心价值观集中体现为“忠诚于党,热爱人民,报效国家,献身使命,崇尚荣誉”。胡主席的重要指示,着眼时代发展和形势任务要求,抓住了军队建设带方向性根本性全局性的重大问题,赋予了思想政治建设一项重大战略任务。2009年1月5日,总政治部下发《关于在全军广泛开展培育当代革命军人核心价值观主题教育活动的意见》。在全军广泛开展培育当代革命军人核心价值观主题教育活动,是贯彻落实党的十七大精神和胡主席重要指示,加强新形势下军队思想政治建设的重要举措,对于始终保持我军性质、本色和作风,促进官兵全面发展和履行使命,具有十分重要的意义。我们从本期起将连续刊发党课,对当代革命军人的核心价值观进行解读,以期对各部队教育活动有所帮助。
