由于高校的扩招,近几年新生入学时的文化基础水平差距较大,在其他高校出现的新问题、新矛盾在北京石油化工学院尤为突出。以材料与化工学院近几年的新生入学成绩为例,2004年新生入学最高分660分,最低分433分,2005年新生入学最高分635分,最低分416分。以“基础化学”几门课程近几次的考试成绩为例,高03级“有机化学”考试卷面不及格率为77%(2/93)(括号中为卷面最低分和最高分,下同);化03级“物理化学”考试卷面不及格率为36.5%(12/99);高04级“基础化学”考试卷面不及格率为47.3%(22.5/89)。入学成绩的巨大差距和入学后学习成绩的悬殊使教师处于“考题难掌握”、“进度难掌握”的尴尬局面。在国家招生政策不发生大变动的前提下,笔者认为,在各专业、各层面实施切合实际的分级教学模式,已成为大势所趋。
Due to the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, there is a wide gap between the basic literatures of new entrants in recent years. The new problems and contradictions in other universities are particularly prominent at Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology. For example, in recent years, the freshmen’s enrollment in the Faculty of Materials and Chemical Engineering is 660, with the highest score of 660 in 2004, the lowest score of 433, and the highest score of 635 in 2005, the lowest score of 416. Under the premise of no major change in the national enrollment policy, the author believes that it has become the trend of the times to implement realistic teaching at all levels and at all levels.
