目的 研究蛇床子超临界萃取物的止痒作用及拮抗组胺释放的作用。方法 用 4 氨基吡啶 (4 AP)诱发小鼠舔体反应与肥大细胞释放组胺 ,记录小鼠的舔体反应 ,并测定小鼠注射 4 AP局部皮肤与血中组胺含量。结果 蛇床子超临界萃取物组 ,与模型组相比能明显抑制舔体反应数 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。蛇床子超临界萃取物组 (除第 4组 ,即浓度为 7 5 %组外 )用药局部皮肤组胺含量明显高于模型组 ,血液中组胺含量明显低于模型组。结论 蛇床子超临界萃取物有明显的止痒作用和拮抗组胺释放的作用。
Objective To study the antipruritic effect of Cnidium monnieri supercritical extract and its antagonistic effect on histamine release. Methods The mice were induced with 4-aminopyridine (4 AP) and histamine released from mast cells. The mice’s carcass response was recorded. The content of histamine in the skin and blood of mice injected with 4 AP was measured. Results Compared with the model group, Cnidium monnieri supercritical extract group could significantly inhibit the number of carcass reaction, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The content of histamine in the skin of the Cnidium monnieri supercritical extract group (excluding the 4th group, ie, the concentration of 75%) was significantly higher than that of the model group, and the content of histamine in the blood was significantly lower than that of the model group. Conclusion Cnidium monnieri supercritical extract has obvious antipruritic effect and antagonistic histamine release.
