文中论述了一种新型铸铁材料——合金磨削铸铁。这种铸铁主要用作加工轴承钢球的光球板和研磨硬质合金的研磨盘。铸铁含有铬、钼、铜、钒、钛和硼等合金元素,金相组织为 A 和 B 型片状石墨,马氏体基体上嵌有游离碳化物和粒状碳化物。文内对多相组织的形成作了理论上的探讨。对铸铁的磨削机理列举事例作了阐述。对生产工艺因素和质量控制进行了讨论并提出了供实践应用的化学成份图。
This article discusses a new type of cast iron material - alloy grinding cast iron. This type of cast iron is mainly used as a ball for machining bearing balls and a grinding disk for grinding cemented carbide. Cast iron contains alloying elements of chromium, molybdenum, copper, vanadium, titanium and boron, the metallographic structure is flake graphite A and B, and the free carbides and granular carbides are embedded in the martensite matrix. The article made a theoretical discussion on the formation of multi-phase structure. The grinding mechanism of cast iron is listed as an example. The production process factors and quality control were discussed and the chemical composition map for practical application was put forward.
