牵引成骨技术是通过切开后应用颌骨牵引装置缓慢牵开,使骨切开间隙形成新骨,从而达到骨延长的目的。20世纪90年代初 McCarthy首先报道了临床应用下颌骨延长治疗下颌骨畸形。现在颌骨切开技术临床应用更加广泛。我们自1997年以来,对5种不同类型的牙颌面畸形11例进行了颌骨切开牵引成骨治疗,获得了满意的效果,现报告如下。
Traction osteogenesis is achieved by slowly retracting the mandibular traction device and incising the gap to form a new bone, thereby achieving the purpose of bone extension. In the early 1990s, McCarthy first reported the clinical application of mandibular lengthening to treat mandibular deformities. Jaw incision technology is now more widely used. Since 1997, we have performed jaw osteotomy and traction osteotomy in 11 cases of five different types of dental and maxillofacial deformities and obtained satisfactory results.
