在构成我国居民消费价格指数(CPI)的八大类商品和服务中,食品是最重要的类别。食品中的蔬菜,是构成食品价格波动的主要因素之一。蔬菜价格走势与居民生活息息相关,且受市场机制和政府调控的双重影响。现以陕西省2006年1月至2013年6月共计90个月的CPI和鲜菜价格环比、同比指数,并结合全省蔬菜生产情况,就鲜菜价格的走势特点和对CPI的影响程度作以分析,以期探寻影响蔬菜价格上涨的深层
