活塞压缩高是指活塞销孔中心到活塞顶面的距离,压缩高是活塞的主要特性,是影响发动机性能的主要因素。一般产品的压缩高要求是±0.05mm,部分主机厂的产品要求较严格,要达到±0.03mm。由于加工方式及设备精度等原因,压缩高超差是大部分活塞加工企业遇到的一个老问题。
