轿车排气系统通过法兰盘与发动机相连,通过悬挂点安装在车身底部,若悬挂点位置选择不当,排气系统将过多的振动能量传递给车身,将会引起车内过大的噪声及振动。针对汽车排气系统悬挂点布置所存在的问题,运用Hyper Mesh软件建立某轿车排气系统有限元模型,通过Nastran求解得出排气系统各阶模态分析结果,并利用平均驱动自由度位移法得出理想的排气系统悬挂点位置,为排气系统悬挂点的布置提供理论基础。

Nastran solution is used to obtain the modal analysis results of each exhaust system, and the average driven DOF displacement method The ideal position of the exhaust system suspension point is obtained, which provides the theoretical basis for the arrangement of the exhaust system suspension point.
