一、开发苏联建筑市场概况从1988年开始,我公司致力于开发苏联远东建筑市场,开展对苏工程承包和业务输出,先后与苏联赤塔等州的一些建设单位签订了一批合同,共43项工程,总金额近4000万卢布。工程对象大多数为文化福利设施,也有少量小型工业项目,承包方式主要是提供劳务,一些工程项目实行预算加系数承包,个别项目实行设计、施工一条龙的总承包。
