秦山核电站经过6年多(81个月)的建设,已于1991年12月15日并网发电成功,并于1992年7月17日首次达到300MW满功率运行。近两年来核电站的建设工作是以调试为中心,调试是核电站从建造到运行过程中的一个重要阶段。在这一阶段要对已安装好的系统和设备进行试运行,以验证其性能是否符合设计要求,是否能保证核电站安全运行。整个调试阶段可分为预运行试验、装料、初临界、低功率试验和功率试验三个阶段,调试项目共计有251项,现分别简述如下: 1)预运行试验(1989年5月至1991年3月)的调试项目有179项,包括冷态性能试验147项(其中包括一回路水压试验)和热态性能试验32项(其中包括汽轮发电机组首次冲
After more than six years (81 months) of construction, Qinshan Nuclear Power Station was successfully connected to the grid on December 15, 1991 and reached full capacity of 300 MW for the first time on July 17, 1992. In the past two years, the construction of nuclear power plants has been centered on commissioning. Commissioning is an important stage in the construction and operation of nuclear power plants. At this stage, the installed systems and equipment are to be commissioned to verify their performance meets the design requirements and ensure the safe operation of nuclear power plants.
